Girl Scout Fashion Show: The Moorpark Girl Scouts will hold a vintage fashion show Saturday to celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouting. A luncheon is also available along with a silent auction, with proceeds to benefit the Friends of the Library. The show takes place at 11 a.m. at the historic High Street Arts Center, 45 E. High St. Fashion show tickets, which are available at the Moorpark City Library, are $5. Tickets for the show and luncheon are $35 for adults and $15 for children.
Great Race of Agoura: Now in its 27th year, the Great Race of Agoura runs from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday and includes a 10 and 5K, and two half marathons—one mostly on roads and one mostly on trails. Four Nations Walter Polo Tournament: The U.S. national team welcomes teams from Italy, Montenegro and Germany for a tournament at Cal Lutheran University. On Saturday, Montenegro and Italy play at 2:30 p.m. and Germany and the U.S.A. play at 4 p.m. On Sunday, Italy plays Germany at 2:30 p.m. and U.S.A. plays Montenegro at 4 p.m. Tickets are $15 for seniors and children and $20 for adults at the door.
Ojai Word Fest: Ojai's eight-day literary festival begins Saturday and includes more than 100 events. Some events are free and some costs. Check the Word Fest website for details and a schedule of events.
Spring Spectacular: America's Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College hosts its 22nd annual Spring Spectacular with themed shows featuring the zoo's animals and their student trainers. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday, March 31 and April 1, 7 and 8 at 7075 Campus Road. Tickets are $5 for children and seniors and $10 for everyone else.
