SHARKS VS. DALLAS
Faceoff: 7:30 p.m. at HP Pavilion
TV/Radio: CSNCA, 98.5, 102.1, 92.1
Stars update: If the season ends with the Stars at the top of the Pacific Division -- which is where they were before Friday's game in Vancouver -- Dallas will have earned it with a frightening schedule that sees it play Nashville and St. Louis after wrapping up the two games with San Jose. ... Look for G Kari Lehtonen to be back in goal even though he got the start against the Canucks. ... San Jose leads the season series 3-0-1.
Sharks update: D Douglas Murray showed up at Sharks Ice after the team was given the day off as he received treatment for his lower body injury. Todd McLellan left open the possibility Murray would be back in the lineup. "He doesn't have a broken ankle. There's a chance he could play," the coach said before getting Friday's medical update. ... The Sharks announced the signing of college free agent Travis Olesuk, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound center who completed his eligibility at Minnesota-Duluth. Olesuk, 23, was the team's second leading scorer with 53 points in 41 games.
Stars injuries: D Mark Fistric (abdominal strain), RW Radek Dvorak (ankle) and LW Eric Nystrom (lacerated leg) are out.
Sharks injuries: D Murray is questionable.
