Contributor Network The Oklahoma City Thunder play their final game of March against the Los Angeles Lakers. The game marks the first time Derek Fisher returns to the Staples Center since leaving the Lakers and going to the Thunder. Should Oklahoma City beat Los Angeles, the Thunder will be considered one of the elite teams in the NBA if it wasn't already. The remainder of the season will not be easy. Oklahoma City has 15 games in 25 days during the final month of the 2011-2012 regular season . Some opponents will be stronger than others. Chicago Bulls, April 1 The very next game after the grudge match in Los Angeles features the first time this season OKC plays the Chicago Bulls. Even without superstar Derrick Rose, the Bulls have been a potent team. Chicago is the best team in the NBA and has already clinched playoff spot. By this game, Oklahoma City should be fighting for the top spot in the Western Conference playoffs. Hopefully, head coach Scott Brooks will be able to rest his starters enough to take some pressure off the young guys who are trying not to wear themselves out before the postseason arrives.
