Paul Pierce scored 25 points to help Boston snap Milwaukee's six-game winning streak, 100-91 on Thursday night.

Kevin Garnett had 16 points and 10 rebounds, and Mickael Pietrus scored 13 points for the Celtics, who were playing their seventh game on an eight-game road trip. With Thursday's win, the Celtics improved to 4-3 on the trip.

Brandon Jennings had 19 points for Milwaukee.

It was the home debut of Monta Ellis, who was acquired by the Bucks along with forward Ekpe Udoh in a trade with the Warriors last week. Ellis, who went first in pregame introductions and received a loud ovation, scored 13 points on 6-for-18 shooting.

Before the game, Bucks coach Scott Skiles said he challenged Jennings to defend Rajon Rondo, something the Bucks have struggled with in the past. The Bucks contained Rondo - he had 10 points and 14 assists - but didn't have a defensive answer for Pierce.

Hornets 97, Clippers 90:

Chris Kaman scored 20 points, and New Orleans rallied for a victory over Los Angeles, spoiling Chris Paul's return to the Big Easy. ... The Clippers were held to 11 points in the fourth quarter as they shot 4-for-23 from the field. Los Angeles also missed its last 19 three-point attempts. ... After trailing throughout the first three quarters, the Hornets went ahead with an 11-2 run at the start of the fourth and led the rest of the way.

Jazz 103, Kings 102:

Utah went almost 9 minutes without a basket in the fourth quarter and blew a 14-point second-half lead before Al Jefferson's putback with nine-tenths of a second left silenced the Sacramento crowd. ... Tyreke Evans scored 11 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter for the Kings. Marcus Thornton added 22 points and 18 rebounds, but shot an airball on his three-point attempt at the buzzer.

Blazers 97, Grizzlies 93:

Jamal Crawford had 17 points, including four free throws in the final seconds, as host Portland snapped a two-game skid. ...Nicolas Batum had 24 points as the Blazers evened their record at 2-2 under interim head coach Kaleb Canales.

Pacers 85, Wizards 83:

David West grabbed three offensive rebounds in the final 70 seconds, Darren Collison made a key steal of an inbounds pass, and Paul George's three-pointer with 1:01 to play gave Indiana its first lead of the game, completing a 22-point comeback on the road. ... The Wizards' John Wall, trying to find room for an open shot, essentially dribbled out the final 9.5 seconds, making a would-be-tying 12-footer after the horn sounded.
