Bingo/Auction

A Luau-themed Designer Handbag Bingo and Basket Auction will be held on April 13 at Oak Knoll school in Williamstown. There will be 10 Bingo games and extra specials. Tickets are $25. Bingo prizes are designer handbags. Basket auction consists of 12 or more baskets. Minimum basket value is $200 with several baskets valued at over $500. There will be door prizes and a 50/50. Tickets are pre-purchase only and are available at oakknollpto.eventbrite.com or by contacting Oak-pto@monroetwp.k12.nj.us. This is an adults only event. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.. No tickets will be sold at the door. Seating is limited.

Chinese Auction

Verga Methodist Church will sponsor the annual Chinese Auction, April 12 at the Verga Fire House, Hessian Avenue and Crown Point Roads, Verga. Doors open at 6 p.m., auction begins at 7 p.m. New items. Admission is $10 per sheet of tickets (25 tickets) or three sheets for $25. Included with first sheet of tickets is cake and beverage. Community Yard Sale

The annual Community Yard Sale will be held at Mickleton's Little Red Schoolhouse on April 28, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., located at Harmony and Democrat Roads near Kings Highway. Large, outdoor spaces are $25 and can be reserved by phoning 223-5111.

Fashion Show and Luncheon

The Underwood-Memorial Hospital Second Auxiliary will be holding their annual Fashion Show and Luncheon, April 18 at Auletto's and features Fashions by Marlene's of Collingswood. The reception begins at 11:30 a.m. and the luncheon begins at noon. Proceeds benefit Underwood-Memorial Hospital's transition to digital radiography. On April 28, the Underwood-Memorial Hospital First Auxiliary is holding a community yard sale to benefit the hospital's transition to digital radiography. Rent a space for $15. Also taking donations to be sold with the proceeds benefiting the hospital. The sale will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Underwood-Memorial Hospital in Woodbury. Hoagie sale will also be held that day. The Pitman High School All Sports Banquet Committee will be having a spring fundraiser "Nite at Adelphia's," April 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $15 and include dinner buffet and open bar. Delsea Project Graduation Social

DTHS Project Graduation

"A Night at Adelphia" Restaurant will be hosted be DTHS Project Graduation April 16, 7 to 9 p.m. Dinner buffet and open bar accompanied by a basket auction. Cost of $15. Tickets may be purchased from Maria Ford at the high school. Students may purchase tickets for their families during homeroom. However, no minors will be allowed to attend. An Indoor Yard Sale "Rehash the Trash" will be held at Bethesda UMW's Bizarre Bazaar and Bake Sale at Bethesda UMC, 1435 Kings Highway, Swedesboro on April 21 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tables rent for $10 and will be assigned as they are rented. Set up 7 a.m. and breakdown 1 p.m. Make checks payable to Bethesda UMW, must be paid by April 11. Indoor yard sale

On April 21, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., the New Sharon United Methodist Church, located at 1831 Delsea Drive in Deptford Township, will hold a large indoor yard sale to benefit its "New Roof Fund." Yard sale will be held rain or shine.

Chinese Auction

Paulsboro Day Committee is hosting a Chinese Auction on April 28 at the Billingsport Elementary School, 441 Nassau Ave., Paulsboro. Doors open at 6 p.m., auction starts at 7 p.m. Entry card is $4, additional cards $1. Call 856-341-3309 or email at peachtree60@msn.com.

Spring Clothing Sale

The Pitman Manor Auxiliary will be having a Spring Clothing Sale at the Pitman Manor, 535 N. Oak Ave., Pitman, on April 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations of good, clean clothing for the sale will be accepted at Pitman Manor on April 17.

Indoor yard sale

A yard sale will be held on May 5 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mantua Fire Hall, 42 Main St., Mantua. Tables are $15 and will be supplied. To reserve a table contact Frieda at 856-468-2335.

Community yard sale

Boy Scout Troop 17, Gibbstown is conducting a community yard sale on April 28 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the grounds of the Anthony T. Calista VFW Post, West Broad St., Gibbstown. Green Acres Senior Social Club will sponsor a Puzzle Auction May 8, 6:30 p.m. at Shepherd's Farm, 981 Grove Road West Deptford. Proceeds will be shared with St. Margaret's and St. Paul's churches, Thorofare, for their Food Banks. The puzzles are sealed (glued) and ready for framing. There is quite a selection. Admission is $1 for drink and refreshment.
