PwC had closed 277 U.K. Game stores last week, and OpCapita says it has no plans to close any more.
Game, burdened with 100 million pounds ($160 million) in debt, suspended trading in its shares on March 21 and put itself into administration, a British type of bankruptcy protection.
OpCapita and PwC say the sale saved the jobs of nearly 3,200 people in the Game's U.K. organization, out of 5,800 employed before administration.
