GRIZZLIES 98, WARRIORS 94 O. J. Mayo scored 19 points, Mike Conley added 18 and host Memphis Grizzlies overcame a lackluster performance with a fourth-quarter rally.
Golden State led by 12 early in the fourth quarter, but Memphis went on a 13-0 run to erase the advantage and win its third straight game.
David Lee scored 22 points to lead the Warriors, who lost their sixth straight.
SEATTLE ARENA OPPOSED The Mariners have sent a letter to the City of Seattle and King County officials saying they do not support the idea of a new N.B.A./N.H.L. arena in the same neighborhood as the Mariners' home, Safeco Field. The Mariners' chairman, Howard Lincoln, said in the letter that the franchise supports the idea of the N.B.A.'s returning to Seattle, but that an exhaustive examination of various sites for a new arena needs to be conducted.
