The full trailer for the animated Netflix show Pacific Rim: The Black is here. The series is a spin-off from the Pacific Rim films and will be released next month.
This trailer follows the shorter teaser that was released earlier this week. It reveals more of the plot, and delivers what fans many fans are most looking forward to--spectacular big monster and robot action. The series focuses on two teenage siblings named Taylor and Hayley who have been left alone following the evacuation of Australia. The pair are desperately searching for their parents in the kaiju-infested wasteland and stumble upon an abandoned Jaeger, one of the huge robots built to battle the kaiju. The pair learn to pilot it, given them a fighting chance against the terrifying creatures. It looks like a funny, exciting, and very stylish next part of the franchise--check the trailer out below:

Pacific Rim: The Black hits Netflix on Thursday, March 4. The show is produced by Tokyo-based anime studio Polygon Pictures, who also made the three recent Godzilla anime series as well as Star Wars Resistance. The showrunners are Craig Kyle and Greg Johnson, who previously worked on animated Marvel shows such as Ultimate Avengers and X-Men: Evolution.Continue Reading at GameSpot
