SATURDAY, MARCH 31

Cottontail Day: Ventura's Harbor Village (1575 Spinnaker Drive) hosts its annual Easter-themed Cottontail Day event with free children's crafts and live entertainment, a petting zoo ($1) and Easter egg hunt ($2 - bring a basket). The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Breakfast With the Bunny: Bring the family to the Reyes Adobe for Breakfast With the Bunny. The event features spring time craft making, an Easter egg hunt and light refreshments and runs from 10 a.m. to noon. The adobe is at 5464 Reyes Adobe Road, Agoura Hills. Childrren 2 and younger get in free; Admission for all others is $2.

Spring Eggstravaganza: The Conejo Recreation and Park District hosts its annual Spring Eggstravaganza from noon to 3 p.m. at the Conejo Cree South Playfields (at Janss Road and the 23 Freeway). There will be egg hunts, hay rides, moon bounces, pony rides, face painting, crafts, live entertainment and moore. Admission is $5 per child ages 2 to 12 and free for children younger than 2. Families with three or more children get in for $15.

THURSDAY, APRIL 5

Easter Eggstravaganza: Join in an egg hunt with treats and prizes and meet the Easter Bunny at The Lakes at Thousand Oaks' Easter Eggstravaganza, which runs from 5 to 7 p.m. The Lakes is at 2200 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

FRIDAY, APRIL 6

Easter on the Farm: Celebrate Easter at the Farm at Underwoods Family Farms from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be a labrynth, a balloon artist, face painting, Easter "tattoos" an Easter egg sling shot, an Easter egg hunt (bring your own basket) and bring your camera for photo ops with the Easter bunny at the Easter house. Admission is $6; children younger than 2 are free. The farm is at 3370 Sunset Valley Road, Moorpark.

SATURDAY, APRIL 7

Easter Eggstravaganza: Thousand Oaks' Janss Marketplace hosts an Easter event with a strolling Easter Bunny, egg hunt, petting zoo and crafts, face painting, balloon art and more. The event takes place from noon to 3 p.m. The mall is at Wilbur and Moorpark roads in Thousand Oaks.

Easter Eggstravaganza and Arts Fair: The annual Camarillo Easter Eggstravaganza features egg hunts, inflatables, pony rides and a petting zoo, Easter carnival games, an appearance from the Easter Bunny and more. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Camarillo Community Center, 1605 E. Burnley St., Camarillo.

Egg Hunt and Salute to Spring: Join in the egg dash beginning at 9 a.m. at Rancho Santa Susana Community Park, 5005 Los Angeles Avs., Simi Valley. The event is for children from 1 to 10 years. No admission fee; rain cancels.

Spring Egg Hunt and Crafts Show: Bring a basket to collect Easter eggs at the Spring Egg Hunt. There will also be inflatable slides, a train and motorized swing for children for a charge. As well, there will be craft vendor booths and food for sale. The event funs from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at May Boyar Par, 130 Kanan Road, Oak Park.
